Nichols delivered a very sound piece of work working to two short timescales. They provided a series of specific recommendations for each area of the brief, which once addressed will reduce the delivery risk to the projects.
We were very satisfied with Nichols, who proved to be a very flexible organisation, able to respond quickly with personnel changes - a very experienced consultant was drafted in literally at a couple of hours notice.
Nichols assistance to the Teacher Training Agency, supporting staff through the re-tendering of an existing supply contract without any disruption to ongoing operations - and within planned timescales.
It is appropriate ... to say just how much we have appreciated the work that Nichols has been undertaking for CfBT. The introduction of project planning ... was embraced by the professionals, which is a true complement to the work that Nichols undertook with them. Their approach has proved successful both with the CfBT and the Department. If the opportunity should arise again I will be delighted to welcome Nichols back to CfBT to work with us.
