Since the 1980s, we have worked with many utility companies, in the telecommunications, water and power sectors, to manage complex change. Coming from the public sector background into the privatized world, these companies have had to face a strongly regulated environment, shareholders’ expectations, and customers demanding increasingly better services at lower cost.

We have introduced improved project and programme management for major telecoms and water companies, undertook health checks of capital investment programmes and provided project support for electricity and nuclear fuel companies.
