In 2003, the Department for Education and Skills selected Nichols as a supplier under three consultancy framework agreements:

• project and programme management
• project health checks
• educational services.

The framework agreements allow us to work across all government departments and agencies.

Now, with over 100 consultants and experience of working in the Cabinet Office, Department of Health, Department for Education and Skills, Ministry of Defence and Her Majesty’s Treasury, as well as Government Agencies and Non-Departmental Public Bodies, we are engaged in a range of challenging assignments at the forefront of the Government’s agenda.

We have helped many clients in the public sector to manage change successfully. Projects have included stakeholder management, programme healthchecks, business planning, procurement advice and the development of a new gateway process.
