Navigating different waters

Until now, we have worked mainly in four business sectors - transport, central government, financial services and utilities. As a result, we have gained an unparalleled appreciation of the issues involved in each sector.

But in both public and private sectors critical changes often have to be delivered on a vast scale in highly complex organisational environments. Deadlines are generally tight, whether driven by public demand, competition, new policy, regulation or financial necessity. And the tides continue to turn.

New Sectors

Because our services of project and programme management are relevant to many business sectors, we plan to test new waters: to explore new channels where we have not been working for some time, or even at all as yet. New sectors of particular interest to us are port and marine infrastructure, IT and telecommunications, energy, environment and waste management.
