Our pool of people

We employ around 100 people but we can also source from a stream of specialist associates. To sustain a high level of capability and performance our consultants are carefully selected, developed, challenged and supported. Generally they are graduates with professional qualifications and higher degrees. Most have MBAs and all have several years of business experience, many in senior management roles.

Whatever their assignment, every consultant is Nichols – not limited to their own skills and experience, good though these are, but empowered and encouraged to draw on all our company’s experience and resources to maximise their contribution.

In all our activities, we aim to pass on our skills and experience to the clients’ staff. Our clients frequently remark on the exceptional capability of our consultants, our distinctive style of working and superior quality of service.
